Our economy is
fragile; unemployment rates are increasing, the housing market has ground to a halt, and businesses are closing their doors.
Taylor White understands the factors that contribute to a
robust economy that works for all Californians. He will work tirelessly
to bring our local economy back to its feet in such in a way that it will sustain itself. As an Assemblyman, he will promote economic development by encouraging smart investments that support
economic growth.

As a leader in education, Taylor
White understands the threats and opportunities that our education systems are facing. He recognizes the need of recruiting and retaining
the best teachers for our schools. Taylor will fight for teachers' rightful pay across the board. To address the needs of the
Central Valley, he will introduce legislation to encourage public/private partnerships to better align educational offerings
with the needs of our economy.

Rising health care costs is
one of the greatest challenges facing Californians today. Left unmitigated, these costs will continue to drag our economy into a downward
spiral. Taylor
White believes that health care is a right, not a privilege. As an Assemblyman, Taylor White will fight to make health care accessible and affordable
for all Californians.

The health and welfare of California's
citizens is directly related to the health of our environment and natural resources. As an Assemblyman,
Taylor White will be a leader in ensuring California's commitment to clean air and water and to preserving open space
and agricultural land. Taylor White work to move state to action on an issue that we can
no longer afford to ignore.

FISCAL
Taylor White believes that
government should be accountable to taxpayers and should run as efficiently as possible. As an Assemblyman, Taylor White will be committed
to fiscal responsibility, accountability, and a balanced budget. Taylor White will work to end wasteful government programs that make no financial
sense and to close special interest loopholes and deductions.
